Meet the Principal
Kevin received his Master of Architecture degree from Norwich University in 2012 and is a licensed architect in the state of Vermont. He has over 15 years of experience designing and detailing residential and light commercial projects across Vermont, New York, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and New Jersey.
Kevin embraces the collaborative design-build approach as the most efficient way to develop a design and make it a reality. The progression of ideas, along with input from all of the parties involved, ensures there are no missed opportunities when the project is complete.
In his spare time he enjoys being outside and exploring all that Vermont's different landscapes have to offer.

Kevin and the building crew at Evergreen Design Build were an absolute pleasure to work with, and they handled every aspect of our new home building process with professional care and expertise. From the beginning, Kevin met with us to carefully go over the drawing elevations and design details. He guided us and advised on the pros and cons of various design decisions, materials, and layout choices, giving us good estimates on the cost of our various options.
Once construction started, Kevin gave us frequent updates on the build. When we could not be on site, he sent us pictures and explanations.
